Whoop Whoop Friday
I was happy to get my Mod Bear Paw quilt into a flimsy center as tomorrow Lorna will be walking us thru the instructions for the foot print border. I know, borders. Did you notice 3 on this already - then the foot prints, and then another - maybe even another. What am I thinking!!! But I love this quilt.
And this one is ready for sandwiching and quilting. I made these blocks for the Rubix quilt last month for Let's Book It, so I am happy they are finally a flimsy. All scrap solids in pinks, corals, blues, purples (no those aren't yellows, just a pink that photo'ed poorly) and some leftover jelly roll 'snow' strips. USED UP!

The bear paw quilt is beautiful. The bear looks difficult to make. A very nice Rubix scrap quilt.
Oh, my goodness, your bear quilt is gorgeous! I applaud you! Such an ambitious project!
Your bear paw quilt is wonderful. I think in this case you'll be happy you've added some borders - they really contain that bear!
Your paws look great!!!! Borders, I think you can stand them if you really love the project or the fabrics. That is why some things are such a trial to complete:)
Love your Bear Paw quilt! I'm so going to have to make this one (once the graduation quilts are done). Yours is looking very cute and cuddly. Congrats on it and on your Rubix flimsy. You've had a very productive month.
Your bear paw quilt is gorgeous already! And your other quilt top looks wonderful. So close to having them both done!!
Oh my gosh...You finished that fast! Both quilts are gorgeous.
Your bear paw looks awesome. I had the entire week off work this week, and haven't managed to get downstairs to stitch one stitch. What's wrong with this picture???? Love the Rubix quilt too. That would be a great candidate for my hand dye fabric pile.
Your bear is a real beauty.
Big whoop whoop. Your bear paw quilt is absolutely stunning. Total #CreativeGoodness. You have definitely inspired me to make this. Love yours.
I love the bear! The paw print border will add just the right touch.
Love your Bear Paw Quilt! I really like the different brown fabrics you are using.
It's a pieced border. Think of it as more blocks, not a border. It looks GREAT! I stitched more bear paw blocks yesterday. I need to start on my Bear blocks.
Your bear paws are wonderful, and the bear is perfect. Cant wait to see your finish.
Love your bear paw quilt...you are an inspiration for me to keep going on mine! I am also using a variety of brown fabrics...I've got about 20 more blocks to make for a large quilt.
I absolutely love that Bear Paw quilt. I am going to add it to my "someday may be" list of quilts I would love to make!!!! Have a lovely Autumn weekend hugs, Susie x
You were thinking this is so cute, I have to make it....great job.
Wow! LOVE your "Mod Bear Paw" quilt top! Awesome!
