Quilters Secrets - Day 3

Be sure to visit Mrs Pickles today for the intruduction to Day 3's host Barbara.  To you know Mrs Pickles name?  Do you know what curious doors have to do with Barbara?  Secrets to unfold or remain secrets - dare you venture?  Remember the day's special give away is for the day's 24 hr. period only - each day is new.

A few items to thank people for - LOVE the 'Annie's Scrapbag' book I won for the 2012 Christmas Quilt Show - oh, what I plan.............  And the Little Gatherings and sweet coasters from Sue for the end of the year party for the Christmas Quilt Along.  And my special gifts for the Once Upon A Season swap partner, Judith (Germany) - lovely cross stitch book, FQ, little woven/wheat ornament, and just adore the fat cat stitch pincushion.

And I started my first NewFO project!  The center block of the Album kit I picked up in the silent auction at last year's local quilt show.  No time frame, no stress,  just the joy of the journey with this one.

I am updating those fun buttons on the sidebar - need a few more to stick over there.  Not that I do all of those, but something may appeal to someone else and I like to share.  And the 'In Your Words' is coming up soon.  I had trouble sticking to a word (or two) and can't wait to share on my day (7th).

Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

This has been a fun hop and I am enjoying it immensely. And really looking forward to what you've got in store for us! Nice score on your win. The Annie's Scrapbag looks like such fun! I love the cover (and that is the first thing that attracts me to a book, of course)! Have fun playing with your new things! :)

It's nice to have a relaxing project to work on in between the more complex and time sensitive ones (of which I have a few).
