International Quilting Day

Please be sure to get some stitches in today.  Also, in the events of the day remember your local quilt shops.  They may be closed, but consider doing some on-line shopping.  A gift certificate to send to a friend, a small bundle for yourself, some much needed notions.  We want to see them be able to stay in business and re-open when the time comes.

Stay safe and healthy,
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

Yes, we do need to order online if they have that available, or by phone if not. Order take out from your favorite restaurant too, to help our local family owned places survive.

On line is the safest way to shop for anything now, and as we are all in the "over 70 " age group, are advised to stay home. I visited a quilt shop a few weeks ago and hope I can remember what other batiks were there, and also stocked up on threads at another in the next town also a few weeks ago. Times are tough for all businesses.
