I really enjoyed the incentive for making Christmas items thru the year with SewCalGal's Handmade Christmas Challange. December is a wrap up link to show all the projects completed.
February: I made three doll quilts to donate to the Get Your Mrs Claus On project.
March: This was a pattern offered by Sheri at A Quilting Life for the little project for the month and I thought it would make a great Christmas gift.
April: This pattern is from Quilter's Cache and called The ArrowHead Block and I used it to make a pillow.
May: Some crayon roll-ups for the grandkids using this TUTORIAL. I used a lightweight iron-on interfacing just to give them a little strength. Pair them up with a coloring book and you have a quick gift.
June: This month I made a zip pouch using THIS TUTORIAL from Moda Bake Shop.
July: This month's project was also my Simply Small Sewing project with A Quilting Life - a cute tablemat pattern by Sherri using 2.5" squares.
August: This month I used Sherri's pattern for A Month of Simple Small Projects with A Quilting Life. She offered a star pattern for pot holders and strip piecing for a table runner, but I used the strips to decor some towels for a nice gift set.
September: This month I made a few tea wallets using THIS TUTORIAL.
October: I made some little wallets using Valeri Wells' pattern. Perfect for gift cards.
November: These plastic shopping bag holders are made with this TUTORIAL. Great way to recycle those left over charms or scraps and can be made up to suit the recipient's decor.
I am pleased that I was able to complete some gifts each month making my gift 'shopping' easier and less of a last minute stress. Please be sure to visit SewCalGal Final to see what other's have completed thru the year.
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

I so love your mini Monet :)
You had a lot of great projects all year long. Great job!
You are way ahead with your Christmas gifts, that's for sure!! I will be watching your blog very closely for good ideas next year!
well you have quite the gift bag full of goodies don't you, that is so awesome. So many wonderful things. Those crayon roll ups are great grab for the car, they can even be stored in the glove box. And the star pot holders, those colors would warm any kitchen. Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!
I've followed along watching each month, but seeing it all together really is amazing, you got a lot done.
WOW! These are all so creative and lovely. You've done a LOT!!!

How fun is that?!?! A whole year of making gifts!
I wish I would do that!
I just love your mini Monet's Garden, Sharon. It is gorgeous. Your gift box must be overflowing with all you have made.
Always enjoy seeing your inspirational projects...all year long! Merry Christmas!
What great projects! I love your mini Monet too,
Handmade gifts are the best! I still have all of the items my grandmother and great aunt made me!
Kudos to you dear for working every month to create wonderful gifts for this busy time of year. Thank you for linking the tutorials. Sharing Joy and Jingles...
Way to go, Sharon. I'd say you are more than ready for Christmas.
Great projects all, and I especially love those simple squares table mats. Just the thing for a first project after we're settled into our house. Happy Holidays!
Lots of pretty gifts for the holiday. You did really well on sticking with the challenge, congrats!
You are much more organized than I am. As usual, I waited till the last minute to get my gifts made. I'm sure I'll do the same thing next year, too. Too many projects, not enough time to get them all done.
I love all your works, specially crayon roll-ups. Thank you for sharing with us.
