I was just like any ghoul in an ice cream shop - just 'delighted' with all the response to yesterday's post and look at all the new followers. Thank you everyone, you made me feel so special. There was a lot of requests for a tutorial on the diary cover and the tissue box cover. So in November, I will be presenting those for you lovely people as a thank you to your overwhelming response.
I did manage to get some sewing done inbetween answering all those
e-mails - yes I answered each and everyone! These are paper pieced ornament blocks (member of Carol Doak's Yahoo group) and I did get a dozen of each tree and ornament block. They need pressing and trimming before quilting and stuffing. I have 3 other designs I want to do also ------ AND why you ask Christmas projects during a Halloween Blog Hop?
Because we have been getting snow since early Wednesday afternoon and still snowing!! It has put me in a mood to get some gifties done, but I hope it stops soon.
CLOSING THOUGHT
Halloween candy sales average about 2 billion dollars annually in the United States. Halloween is the 2nd most commercially successful holiday, with Christmas being the first.
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

No I thank you Sharon for your wonderful blog post. I look forward to my visits with you! :)
great post Ms Sharon Ghastlie,hahahaha
I wondered if you were getting snow up there. I haven't checked the weather for your area in a while. It's gotten a little nippy here as well!
I love those paper pieced squares for Christmas. I sort of skip Halloween and go right into Christmas sometimes.
That poor little pumpkin looks pretty cold!!! Hope it warms up a bit soon for you.
I can't believe you got snow. Burrrrrr! Love your ornaments!
