Summer Solstice & Father's Day

I hope you all enjoyed Summer Solstice.  We had a very hot and humid one with an occassional mini shower, but during the pleasant times the furkids and I strolled the property to soak up the longest day of the year.

And a great lead in to the next Bloggers' Hop

To Brighten Our Day

I can share now

This is the Round Robin quilt that I had the pleasure to be part of.  It was shipped off and confirmed received.  She is going to add to top and bottom as she prefers a retangle quilt over square - and then hand quilt it.

My Dad has been gone for a long time now (still in my heart), but a Happy Father's Day to all the Dads.  Wouldn't this make a great quilt?

I'll be working on the homespun chickens today.  My brother and SIL will be coming out later, so a nice visit is expected.  Maybe I'll have all those chickens done and Jeri can help with layout and selecting the sashing fabric.  This one just might make it to flimsy stage by the end of the month.

Stay Safe and Healthy,
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

The round robin looks fun. I always wanted to do one with rules for rounds but each round done by me. I think its a fun way to use a ufo block.
