September Already?

I haven't done much stitching the past several days due to a 'summer cold'.  There were days that I just slept!  Now it's a raggy cough and stuffy nose - but that could be my allergy to Rag Weed just as well.  Yes, that pesky Fall weed who's yellow flowers spread the heaviest pollen.

Those small scrap projects laid around, waiting their turn for a finish and finally I mustard strength and got them done.

I had an extra court house steps block from the large quilt and made it into a pillow, so that is cleaned up.

I need to work on cleaning up my blog, side bar, and catching up on some NEW stuff coming out this Fall season - it is my favorite season after all.

Sewingly Yours,

Sharon

Sorry to hear you've been unwell and really pleased you are feeling well enough to do some stitching. I like the blocks and the pillow is really cute.

Hope you are over the hump of being sick and allergic. Fall is an energizing time; I think the fresh air makes a huge difference.

Summer colds and allergies are not pleasant are they! Love the cushion and minis.

I'm glad you are on the mend. Were you inundated from Ida or did the worst of the rain stay south of you? We were far enough northwest to escape without a drop. I really like the little red and white topper in the first photo.

Many of us are having allergy problems (not as bad as your cold, thank goodness). Hope you are feeling better now.
