I want to spend today catching up on the Bear sections of LORNA'S
great Mod Bear Paw pattern. These sections are a bit of a tricky puzzle piecing, but I will take my time and read the instructions and the charts - one block at a time. I am already loving my scrappy paws and paisley bear walking in the woods.
She has the sashing instructions up, but giving us plenty of time to get this one put together so I am not rushing - just enjoying.
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

Lovely fabric choices, and the paws, lots of triangle pieces there, I like how it is shaping up so much.
Looking good! This is a very ambitious project! But sew cute!

Great paisley fabric for the bear! blocks look good too!
Yours is gorgeous! I love seeing the scrappy browns and now the paisley bear. I too was going to go the scrappy brown route, but I had to work at the school more than planned. I'll live through yours. Keep up the good work, Sharon.
This is such a fun quilt. Love your paisley bear!
I love that swirly paisley for the big bear, Sharon. He's going to look fantastic!
Your lovely bear is really starting to come together!
I haven't even started on my bear blocks, just the bear paw blocks.
Ooooh! Your bear is 'shaping' up! Your browns are perfect for this, Sharon -- can't wait to see a final product! :)
Love the paisley bear! It's perfect fabric!
It looks great so far. I see that bear emerging.
I see the bear! It's coming along. Yes, one block at a time. No looking ahead or back. Sometimes that's the best approach.
OHHHH, it's looking great. I haven't started the bear yet, but I've got a lions share of the bear paw blocks done...maybe that should be a bears share..... LOL!!
Mr Bear is quite stylin' in his paisley fur coat!!
It's looking great.
What cool fabric for your bear. I love this pattern, and might just have to make a scrappy one next! ;-)
