Hands2Help - Guest Blogger #2

Please hop over to Confessions of a Fabric Addict for Sarah's second guest blogger with a wonderful QAYG tutorial.  It is also a check-in link up time to report on progress with your charity quilts.

Slow Sunday Stitching

I will be joining Kathy for some slow stitching.  She has a link up for your handwork as well as would like some sharing on ideas for carry totes/bags for handwork taken on the go.

I have a binding that needs to be prepped for one quilt and another that needs to be sewn down.  So a little machine time mixed with a little hand stitch time.  And a few necessities of house work mixed in, too.

Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

Housework (and my job) always interfere with my stitching time! Have fun stitching your binding---always so satisfying to finish a quilt!

Most of my slow stitching for the day has already been done. Shouldn't think I will get much done tonight. Always good to get the binding on a quilt and get it finished.

I think binding in perhaps my favorite part of the quilting process. It means I'm almost finished and ready for a go in the washer and dryer. BTY. Thanks for the links.

I guess I am like the others. I like the binding part, probably because I almost have a finished quilt. I finally vacuumed yesterday. I stay up on the dishes pretty well, but housework takes up sewing time! lol
