Since the only real QAL I have been participating in is the Goodnight Irene (and that is ready for quilting), I saw this over at Val's Quilting Studio. I've been thinking of a triangle quilt and this works out perfect. The button is on the side bar if you are interested. There is the first link up of fabrics and sign up in the comments found HERE.
I won this FQ bundle a long time ago and should make a fun quilt. This is 'London' @ Free Spirit fabrics. It will certainly help beat out the cold, snow, and cabin fever. Sewingly Yours, Sharon
Glad to see you are in the QAL. I signed up to join in the fun. It'll be a totally new adventure for me - lots of firsts. I have a blog which has not had a post in eons. I have never participated in a QAL nor have I used Flicker. Oh yeah, I've never made a triangle quilt. And, when I ordered my fabric, I asked Jodi at Forth Worth Studio to pick some solids to compliment the fabrics I had chosen. It's difficult to pick the right colors to go with fabric online. I think this is going to be fun. Maybe I'll get to know some more people in this process, too.
It's hard to believe but I've never done a Quilt Along - but I do wish I had time to do this one. I've got a lengthy mission trip coming up and though I'll be taking my sewing machine time won't allow a project like this. Maybe next time! blessings, marlene
I love this quilt idea. Didn't know about it until your post. I don't need another project right now, but I bought the ruler last year to make a quilt like this sometime. Guess I'm in.

ReplyDeleteLove your fabrics. Do not tempt me! I look forward to seeing your progress.
