I need a day to slow down, so I will be joining Kathy's Quilts with some 'down time' in that chair.
This is my 'Let's Book It' project. All those tiny flowers are done and now need to be hand stitched to the background. The pattern had you stitch each flower to a 4" square and then sew all those together to make your center. I thought it would be easier to use one whole background piece. Now to pull up that chair and slow down, Sewingly Yours, Sharon
... "you stitch each flower to a 4 inch square" ... whaaaaaat?? How big are those flowers?? or should I say how small!! Looks like a lot of patience and very good eyes are needed to do this. Beautiful work Sharon, very beautiful!
So pretty! Good idea to just use one background rather than each individual square. I'm halfway through my T wall hanging. Should be done for a link up. Thanks for the push to pull out a book and make something from it.
That's going to be really nice, Sharon! How big is it in total?
