My entire banquet table is all laid out with stacks of sorted gifted fabrics. All the smaller bits were processed down into my fabric system. I am going to pull from these for the 'Trip' quilt along with SARAH. Yes, I have never made a Trip quilt before and it's a perfect time to get her done.

What a stash to select from! The TAW is always a good one to do. The more attention to value placement the more striking it will be.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Hop links.
That's a pile of pretties.
ReplyDeletePretty fabrics! I can't believe you haven't ever made a TATW!
ReplyDeleteI've never done one either and love the "push" from Sarah, last year's project was one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteThis will be a wonderful method to reduce that pile, and also be part of the trip each day. 12 days, and a super fun way to be motivated and "get it done".
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing how your Scrappy Santa Trip turns out!! Thanks for participating in the 12 Days of Christmas in July Blog Hop.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea that you are pulling from stash like this. I look forward to seeing your creation. :-)
