A Christmas Count Down - already? Yes - I have seen these (198 by the way) Normally this would irk me, but something special is coming this way.
It's not hard for me to get into the spirit as here in the NorEast we are into a rather nasty cold spell. I even got the hot chocolate and special cocoa mugs out to chase the night chill. Yes, hot chocolate is so much better in a special mug. AND you have to have just the right cookie to go along with it.
SO WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT?
That's right - a Christmas in July Blog Hop hosted by Sarah @ Confessions of a Fabric Addict. From July 14th - July 25th days will be filled with tutorials, gift ideas, recipes, free patterns, and decorating ideas.
We hope to put you into the festive spirit
Sewingly Yours,
Sharon

Must. Find. Special. Mug!!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the hop!
I'm looking forward to the hop, but really don't want to see those countdown numbers this early, LOL.
ReplyDeleteWell, I totally agree about the special mug. Doesn't everyone know that? I'm with Dana...don't want to see the countdown numbers, although counting down to Christmas also means we're counting down to Mike's retirement in April. So...okay, count away. I'll admit that doing away with the gift exchange among family members (all adult) has significantly cut down on the dread factor.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a great shout-out, Sharon! Thanks so much - I'm really getting excited!!!
ReplyDeletesounds like fun. I am always looking for Christmas ideas and I dont mind the countdown. I am usually the one that everyone goes "ugh 362 days?" LOL
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! Always fun to get some Christmas ideas!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info! I need some new ideas for gifts.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing what you all share.
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun. Don't think I'll be making many Christmas gifts as I have those graduation quilts to finish.
